The Maple Grove location of Color Me Mine is looking for team members who enjoy providing customer service in a creative atmosphere. We do a full cafe style type of paint service, meaning we serve all customer paints, help with paint instruction as well as provide tips on glazing techniques. We are looking for outgoing, energetic individuals who work well as a team or on their own. Starting base pay is $10/hour plus tips. Most team members earn upwards of $15/hour with the additional tips. We offer flexible work schedules but ask that team members be available to work a few weekend days every month. We also offer a 30% discount on bisque to our team members as well as no studio fees.

 Studio Assistant Job Details:

Interact with guests both in person and on the telephone; maintain high guest service standards
Work with guests to select, design, paint, and pick up items
Handle money and perform sales transactions
Book and manage special events
Promote events and parties
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Check and replenish stock
Assist with overall cleanliness of the studio and minor maintenance
Keep front desk stocked, organized and neat
Assist management as requested
